# Dynamics 365 Integration

> Read and change how sessions handed off to Dynamics 365 become tickets: who owns them, which queue they land in, and their priority.

Read and change how sessions handed off to Dynamics 365 become tickets: who owns them, which queue they land in, and their priority. Connecting Dynamics 365 and changing its credentials happen in **Settings → Integrations**; the client secret is never returned.

## Key Concepts

* **Not connected** — reads answer `200` with `connected: false`; updates answer `404`
* **Partial updates** — omitted fields keep their value; `null` clears one
* **Ids** — take owner and queue ids from the list endpoints
