# Gorgias Integration

> Read the Gorgias connection and change the Gorgias user that OpenCX assigns the tickets it handles to.

Read the Gorgias connection and change the user OpenCX assigns tickets to. Connecting Gorgias and changing the domain or API key happen in **Settings → Integrations**; the API key is never returned.

## Key Concepts

* **Not connected** — reads answer `200` with `connected: false`; updates answer `404`
* **Credentials and domain** — read-only here; the API key is never returned
