# Infobip Integration

> Read and change how the AI works in Infobip Conversations: its agent, queues, which conversations it answers, resolution status, and rollout.

Read and change how the AI works in Infobip Conversations: the agent it acts as, handoff and AI queues, which conversations it answers, the status written when a session is resolved, and the gradual rollout. Connecting Infobip and changing the API key happen in **Settings → Integrations**; the key is never returned.

## Key Concepts

* **Not connected** — reads answer `200` with `connected: false`; updates answer `404`
* **Partial updates** — omitted fields keep their value; `null` clears an id
* **Resolution status** — `on_ai_resolution` is `close` (final) or `solve` (reopenable)
