Open Outbound → Senders to manage your sequence email addresses. You need permission to manage email senders to change their settings; members with read access can view them.

Standard sending limits

Each email address has a Standard limits toggle, enabled by default:
  • On: normal spacing between emails, a daily allowance that increases with active sending days, and an automatic pause when the email service asks the sender to slow down.
  • Off: up to 3 email attempts every 30 seconds, with no OpenCX daily cap or one-hour throttling pause. Temporary throttling failures remain visible and become eligible for retry after 30 seconds. Rejected attempts count toward the sending pace too.
Changes save automatically and apply across all sequences using that address. Each address has its own setting, even when several addresses use the same sender name. Turning the toggle back on restores the standard controls using the address’s existing sending history. Sequence delays, sending windows, unsubscribes, and authentication or account blocks still apply. The email service may reject an attempt; turning off standard limits does not guarantee delivery or send all queued emails instantly.
