Get a Phone Number

  1. Go to Phone Numbers in your dashboard
  2. Click “Purchase Number”
  3. Select your preferred country and area code
  4. Complete the purchase

Enable SMS

Once you have your number:

  1. Go to AI Agents -> SMS in the dashboard
  2. Select your purchased number
  3. Click “Enable SMS Support”

Your purchased number can be used for both SMS and voice support. If you already have a number for voice, you can use the same one for SMS.
