Requirements
Before you begin, you’ll need:- A WhatsApp Business number
- A Twilio account with WhatsApp enabled
- Your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token
Setup Process

Access WhatsApp Settings
You can access the WhatsApp setup in two ways:
- Navigate to AI Agents -> WhatsApp in the left menu
- Use CMD/Ctrl + K and type “whatsapp”

Enter Your Details
Provide the following information: - WhatsApp Business Phone Number - Display Name (shown to your
customers) - Twilio Account SID - Twilio Auth Token

Save and Enable
Click “Enable WhatsApp” to activate the channel
Your WhatsApp number must be verified with Twilio before it can be used. Check Twilio’s
documentation if
you haven’t done this yet.
