Read and change how sessions handed off to Dynamics 365 become tickets: who owns them, which queue they land in, and their priority. Connecting Dynamics 365 and changing its credentials happen in Settings → Integrations; the client secret is never returned.

  • Not connected — reads answer 200 with connected: false; updates answer 404
  • Partial updates — omitted fields keep their value; null clears one
  • Ids — take owner and queue ids from the list endpoints
