Read and change how the AI works in Front: the teammate it replies as, the inbox handed-off conversations move to, the signature on its email replies, and which conversations it answers. Connecting Front and changing the API token happen in Settings → Integrations; the token is never returned.

Key Concepts

  • Not connected — reads answer 200 with connected: false; updates answer 404
  • Partial updates — omitted fields keep their value
  • Signatures — belong to the AI teammate; set default_teammate_id before listing them
